These 20-30 minute workout sessions will leave you feeling energized, not exhausted. These short, effective workouts will be specific and safe for busy, new moms to gain back strength after delivery. Special attention will be paid to connecting the core, pelvic floor, and breath. Belles, Bellies and Beyond is designed to help you recover safely without setting you back, so you can regain strength as quickly as possible, because babies are heavy!
