You don’t need to buy loads of equipment to get fit from your own home! Below is a list of basic pieces that you’ll need to begin your workouts.
If a * is next to the piece of equipment & it says required beneath it, that means you’ll need to have it in order to perform the most basic level (beginner status) of exercises for Belles and Bellies. If you’d like to get the extra items listed, they will support the intermediate and advanced levels, but they are listed as optional for that reason.

To make this into an incline bench, simply elevate the bottom of one end of the bench on the box and make sure it’s supported against a wall.
